Pricing

Do you offer discounts?

We offer discounts for registered and proven not for profits, who will receive a 25% discount on Attention Nest.

How much does Attention Nest cost?

$79.95 USD per month for up to 11 users and 20 social media profiles. $5 additional for each user and/or social media profile in addition to the above.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes you can anytime, please send us an email to support@attentionnest.com to cancel or you can also contact us here to cancel your subscription.

If any charges are made due to us being delayed in cancelling your account, we will refund any overpaid charges.

What is classified as a user?

A user is anyone who joins your account, as either the administrator, content creator, internal approver or external approver.

Will I be charged after my 14 day free trial?

As soon as your 14 day free trial has expired and you haven’t cancelled your subscription, your card will be charged for a month’s worth of subscription depending on how many users and profiles you have.

Security

How do I reset my password?

You can select ‘reset password’ in Attention Nest, via the ‘Edit Profile Feature’ (see picture 1 below). Or you can reset your password by selecting ‘Reset Password’ on the login page (see picture 2 below)

Support

What hours are you available live?

Currently we are available for live support between 9am and 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) during weekdays). Which is the following times in other locations:

  • 6pm – 2am EST
  • 3pm – 11pm PST
  • 11pm – 7am GMT
  • 1am – 9am CET

If you are unable to reach us during our live support times, we will be able to respond to your queries as soon as it reaches 9am AEST the following business day.

We are unavailable for live support on weekends.

What do I do if I can’t reach you during live support?

Please send us a message through our chat or contact us page, and we will respond and be in touch as soon as we are within working hours at 9am AEST.

Approvers

My clients or our externa/internall approvers are not receiving notifications of their content to approve

Check the following:

  1. That there is no block on external emails from their email servers.
  2. The spelling of the email is correct.
  3. To have them check their spam folder.

What do approvers or my clients see?

For internal approvers, you will be able to see all notes and approval stages.

For external approvers, they will not see any notes from the internal approver rounds and they will see the content as it has been approved out of the internal approval round.

How do approvers access content?

When approvers are added to the Attention Nest system, they are prompted to set up an account. Through this account they set up and login to, they will have access to any content that has been sent to them to approve.

Will approvers be able to approve content through a mobile app?

Not at this time, however, this is in development.
